Malaysia Guangdong Commodity Fair will be held at Long World Trade Center from November 2 to 4
The fourth Guangdong (Malaysia) Commodity Fair in 2022 will officially open in Kuala Lumpur World Trade Center today. With the theme of "Made in Guangdong Returning to Malaysia" and technology as the guide, the fair is planned to be a number of professional exhibition areas, including smart home building materials, smart lighting, smart home appliances, smart electronic information equipment, etc. The exhibition covers an area of more than 10000 square meters, including 2 pavilions, of which Hall 4 is the Guangdong Product Museum.
The exhibition will be held at the World Trade Center (WTCKL) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from November 2 to November 4. The exhibitors, led by industry associations of more than 10 industrial clusters, are mainly from Guangzhou, the "City of Fashion", Foshan, the "City of Ceramics", Zhongshan, the "City of Lighting", Dongguan, the "City of IT Equipment", and Shunde, the "City of Home Appliances". They have global competitiveness in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
The exhibition was hosted by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province of China and China International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., and organized by Eventree. It has more than 200 stalls in total, and is expected to attract 10000 people.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was co chaired by Datuk Seri Zheng Lianke, Deputy Minister of the Youth and Sports Department of Malaysia, Sun Wei, First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia, Ouyang Yun, Director of Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Service Center Co., Ltd., Datuk Seri Cai Jiasheng, Consultant of Malaysia Retail Technology and Equipment Exhibition, Datuk Seri Yimohizhan, Managing Director of the World Trade Center Group and other guests.
The opening ceremony guest Datuk Seri Zheng Lianke, Deputy Minister of the Sports Department of Malaysia, delivered a speech.
Dato Sri Tsai Jiasheng said in his opening speech that the first retail technology and equipment exhibition (RESONEX) was held simultaneously to provide retailers with a platform to display the latest products and services and B2B business matching.
Ouyang Yun, the director of Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Service Center Co., Ltd., pointed out that Guangdong‘s economic aggregate has ranked first in China for 33 consecutive years, and the total import and export trade has exceeded 8.27 trillion yuan (about 5.38 trillion ringgit), a record high. The exhibition is the first exhibition project in Guangdong Province to organize an entrepreneur delegation to participate in overseas exhibitions in the form of charter flights in the past three years, and it has been highly valued by the governments of China and Malaysia.
